Rachel has 20 years experience in the psychological treatment of anxiety and mood disorders, and has a PhD in Psychology from the University of New South Wales in the area of post-traumatic stress. She is a fellow of the APS College of Clinical Psychologists.

She has worked in clinical psychology research and been the author on 17 peer-reviewed journal articles.

Rachel is a clinical psychologist who has worked in both private practice and public health settings. She has a particular interest in treating the following conditions:

  • Anxiety Disorders e.g., panic disorder and agoraphobia, social phobia, generalised anxiety disorder, phobias
  • Mood Disorders e.g., major depressive disorder; postnatal depression
  • Disorders following stressful incidents e.g., post-traumatic stress disorder
  • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
