Brian O’Grady is a Clinical Psychologist with over 25 years experience in treating psychological problems, particularly anxiety disorders.  Brian has worked in a number of public mental health and university services where he developed expertise in working with anxiety in the context of various types of mental health issues, including psychosis.  He is a co-founder of the Anxiety Practitioners Network, a non-profit organisation promoting networking and education among professionals who work with anxiety disorders.  Brian is also a Psychology Board of Australia approved Supervisor, and works part-time in the Macquarie University Psychology Clinic where he provides supervision and training to postgraduate students in Clinical Psychology and coordinates their external placements.

Brian has experience working with all types of anxiety, but he has a particular interest in working with adults and young adults who experience problems such as intrusive obsessions and/or compulsions, chronic worry, panic attacks, social anxiety and the full range of emotional problems that often accompany all of these.
