Rachel is a member of the College of Clinical Psychologists. She has experience in both clinical research and treatment of anxiety disorders, and has a PhD in Psychology from the University of New South Wales in the area of posttraumatic stress. She has been a lecturer on the Masters of Clinical Psychology programmes at the University of New South Wales and Macquarie University.

Sally is a member of the College of Clinical Psychologists. She has experience in both the research and treatment of adult anxiety disorders, and has also worked extensively with children and adolescents who suffer from anxiety.

Brian is a member of the College of Clinical Psychologists, and is a past executive member of the Australian Association for Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. He has experience treating anxiety problems in a variety of settings, including community health, tertiary education, hospitals, and private practice.

q   Dr Andrew Baillie is a Clinical Psychologist and Deputy Chairperson of the Anxiety Disorders Foundation of Australia (NSW Branch). He is currently undertaking a PhD at Macquarie University researching early and brief treatments for panic.

 

q   Dr. Rocco Crino is the Clinical Director of the Anxiety Disorders Unit at St Vincent's Hospital, and has been in practice for twenty years. His areas of research and clinical expertise include Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and related conditions such as Body Dysmorphic Disorder. Rocco is also a past National Chairperson of the APS College of Clinical Psychologists.

 

q   Dr. Caroline Hunt is a senior lecturer in the Department of Psychology and Director of Clinical Psychology at the University of Sydney, and Consultant Clinical Psychologist in the Anxiety Disorders Unit at St Vincent's Hospital. Her current research and clinical interest areas include Generalised Anxiety Disorder, the prevention of anxiety disorders, and co-morbidity across the anxiety and affective disorders.

 

q   A/Prof. Peter Lovibond is an Associate Professor in Psychology at the University of NSW. His current research and clinical interest areas include expectancy and attributional processes in anxiety and depression, associative learning, and the measurement of depression, anxiety and stress. Peter is also an Associate Editor of the Australian Journal of Psychology, and a Past President of the Australian Association for Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.

 

q   Dr. Ross Menzies is a Senior Lecturer in Psychology in the Department of Behavioural Sciences at the University of Sydney, the founding Director of the University's Anxiety Disorders Clinic, and a founding member of the NSW branch of the Anxiety Disorders Foundation of Australia. Ross has published widely and his research interests include non-associative models of the phobic disorders, the nature and treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder, claustrophobia, arachnophobia, music performance anxiety, and the role of anxiety in stuttering.

 

q   Dr. Lorna Peters is a research fellow at the Clinical Research Unit for Anxiety Disorders and World Health Organisation (WHO) Collaborating Centre in Mental Health & Substance Abuse, St. Vincent's Hospital. Her research and interest areas include Social Phobia and other evaluative anxieties, and the diagnosis, assessment and measurement of anxiety disorders. Lorna is also a member of the WHO Composite International Diagnostic Interview (CIDI) Advisory Committee.

 

q   Prof. Ron Rapee is a Professor in the Department of Psychology at Macquarie University and director of the Macquarie University Anxiety Research Unit. His current research and clinical interests include the nature and treatment of social phobia in adults and anxiety disorders and depression in children and adolescents. Ron has published widely in the areas of child and adult anxiety and is on the editorial board of several journals.
